Once people started hearing about our design philosophies and saw our work we ended up taking on some work for other’s projects. Thus we created our external project division of Palo Alto Innovation, PAI Labs. PAI Labs' mission is to develop finished products that work well for their users. The users are the ones purchasing the products and their satisfaction is paramount.
